Room Bookings

Room bookings are now made online for the forthcoming school week only; you can make a booking for the forthcoming school week up until Sunday night.

How to make a booking

  1. Fill in the form below; select the times when you are willing and available to use the rooms you require next week - please be sensible and select rooms that are adequate for your needs.
  2. Press 'Submit' - the form will be sent to us.
  3. If you entered your e-mail address, you will get confirmation that we received your room booking request.
  4. We will create a timetable based on those who need priority (GCSE, etc.) and those who were unable to get a room the previous week.
  5. Please check the timetable for the week from Monday morning - either online or on the Music Dept. noticeboard.
  6. If you have been successful in booking a room and need a lunch pass, please collect your lunch pass on Monday break-time from the Music Office (for whichever day you have been allocated).
  7. If we were unable to allocate you a room, please re-apply for next week and you will have a higher priority.
